How do I place an order?

You can order directly through WhatsApp or our online shop. Orders require confirmation before being secured.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, delivery is available using selected couriers of your choice. Delivery options and timelines will be confirmed at checkout or after your order is placed.

We also offer local delivery within selected areas. Delivery fees and availability will be calculated, please message us on WhatsApp with your postcode and our team will be happy to assist you.

Do you offer a quicker delivery service?

Yes! For quicker delivery, select Priority Service or Rush Express.

Are your roses made to order?

Yes. All of our arrangements are handcrafted and made to order to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. However, for those in a hurry, some bouquets are available in our Ready Rose Collection, already prepared and ready to ship.

How much notice do you need?

Custom designs usually require advance notice, subject to availability. It’s best to place orders 2 weeks prior.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, collection is available by appointment only.

Is there a time limit for collection?

Yes, orders must be collected within the agreed time slot arranged with us.

Can I change my delivery or collection arrangement after ordering?

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. We respond within 1-2 hours on WhatsApp.

Can I choose specific colours or themes?

Absolutely. We love creating designs that reflect your vision. Share your colour palette, theme, or inspiration images when enquiring.

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?

Due to the bespoke nature of our designs, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation policies will be outlined at the time of booking.

Do the roses require any maintenance?

No water or maintenance is required. Simply keep them indoors and away from moisture.

We recommend keeping them away from direct sunlight to preserve colour and quality.
